Your instrument will be serviced from start to finish by an expert repair technician, a member of the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians (NAPBIRT) and Professional Band Instrument Repair Technician (PROBIRT) who is also a professional musician. This is important because you are assured that the instrument will be play-tested at completion by someone who not only repairs instruments but plays professionally, assuring 100% quality control. Our turnaround time is excellent and we accept work from anywhere in the United States and Canada. All work is fully guaranteed.
Our Guarantee: Complete repads on all instruments guaranteed for one full year. All other work guaranteed for 180 days. Covers work done by The Windshoppe as invoiced.

Due to the cost of shipping abroad, we are unable to accept repair work from outside of the USA and Canada.
