Your instrument will be serviced from start to finish by an expert repair technician, a member of the National Association of Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians (NAPBIRT) and Professional Band Instrument Repair Technicians (PROBIRT) who is also a professional musician. This is important because you are assured that the instrument will be play-tested at completion by someone who not only repairs instruments but plays professionally, assuring 100% quality control. Our turnaround time is excellent and we accept work from anywhere in the United States and Canada. All work is fully guaranteed.
Our Guarantee: Complete repads on all instruments guaranteed for one full year. All other work guaranteed for 180 days. Covers work done by The Windshoppe as invoiced.
