CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
All used instruments are guaranteed to be in excellent playing condition and may be returned for any reason within 5 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange at the purchaser's option. All instruments offered for sale have been thoroughly gone over and serviced by a professional repair technician before being listed and everything necessary to put the instrument in excellent playing condition has been done. Instruments must, of course, be returned in their original condition and should be in the original packing carton and materials. Under no circumstances may returned instruments be "serviced" or "repaired" during the trial period. Please note that the 5-day trial period does NOT apply to NEW instruments, all of which carry the normal manufacturer's warrantee.
